Vherapy ("Vherapy," "we," "us," or "our") operates vherapy.com and related apps (the "Platform"), a marketplace connecting clients ("Clients") with independent, licensed wellness practitioners ("Practitioners"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
From Clients: account information (name, email, phone), booking details, payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your full card number), reviews you submit after a completed booking, and any communications you send us.
From Practitioners: professional profile information, license and credential details provided at signup, availability and booking data, and payout details.
Automatically: device information, usage data, and cookies collected when you use the Platform.
Your identity is not shared with a Practitioner until a booking is confirmed. Reviews are posted without your name or identity visible to other users, including the Practitioner you're reviewing.
We share information with the service providers who help us run the Platform, including Stripe for payments and our cloud database provider. We share only the information a Practitioner needs to fulfill a confirmed booking. We do not sell your personal information.
Vherapy is a booking and discovery platform, not a healthcare provider. We do not collect, store, or have access to clinical notes, diagnoses, or the content of your sessions. What you discuss with your practitioner stays between you and your practitioner.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
You can access, update, or request deletion of your information at any time by emailing admin@vherapy.com.
Vherapy is intended for users who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We use cookies and similar tools to operate the Platform and understand how it's used.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.
